TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms:
— Listed prices are not final and can change based on demand and/or complexity of character.
— If a drawing involves two characters or more, I will charge 75% of the original price per extra character.
— Each commission slot represents one commission.
— Requests for PNG transparency (no background) are allowed.
— I am comfortable drawing both female and male characters.
— I reserve the right whether to accept or reject your commission.
— If you'd like your commission to look similar to one of my previous works, please do let me know! I am aware that my style sometimes changes from illustration to illustration.
— By commissioning me, you agree to accept all the terms of service listed in this page, please read carefully.Things I will draw:

✦ Paypal only (USD).
✦ If you want to commission me but don't have Paypal, please contact me through Twitter to arrange payment.
✦ I will send you an invoice with a due date! Failure to pay the invoice after 7 days will result in your commission being cancelled.
✦ The cost listed in the invoice may be higher than prices shown in this page to cover for Paypal fees.
✦ Do not pay before I agree to give you an available slot and sent you the invoice.
✦ DON'T INCLUDE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN PAYPAL YOU DON'T WISH TO SHARE!!! (Full Name, Address, etc.)
✦ Cancellations are allowed as long as payment has yet to be sent, or I haven't started the drawing yet.
✦ Full refunds are only allowed before I finish the sketch. No refunds after I start the lineart or coloring! Please check the commission queue to check your commission's progress before asking for a refund.
✦ I will start the drawing after I receive the full payment.
✦ I have the right to cancel and fully refund your commission at any time if I'm unable to draw your commission.
✦ Tips will be greatly appreciated!Rights and Usage:
✦ Please make sure to always credit me when using my artwork in social media and public domains. This includes using my art as a profile picture, banner, panels, etc.
✦ As the artist, I am allowed to post and record your commission on my social media using watermarks and signatures. If you want your drawing to be kept confidential, I'll charge a 50% price increase to your commission.
✦ You are allowed to use the commission only for personal use. If you desire to use your commission with commercial purposes, it will be 200% added on the original price.
✦ My definition of commercial use refers to merchandising and corporate branding. Use the piece personally as you desire and with due credit (promotion, digital branding, profile picture, etc.)
✦ If your commission is based on textual explanation (meaning that no reference is provided), I'll charge an additional 25% of the original price unless you give me complete creative freedom for your commission.
✦ Do not claim the drawing as yours, nor edit or copy it without my consent and permission.
✦ Do not use my drawing as an NFT!
✦ I reserve the rights for use/distribution for the commissioned piece unless otherwise stated.Commission Process:
✦ Fill out the Google Form at the bottom of this page or DM me through Twitter, Discord or Email to request a commission.
✦ Once I review your request and agree to give you a slot, I will send you an invoice to your Paypal email. If for any reason I must reject your commission request, I will immediately let you know.
✦ Once payment is finalized, you will be put on the queue for commission progress.
✦ Commissions are in a First-Come, First-Serve basis.
✦ If you want to skip the commission queue, I will charge a $20.00 rush fee on top of the original price. This rush fee is in a First-Come, First-Serve basis as well.
✦ I have the right to contact you at any time in case I need more information about your commission.
✦ Please feel free to contact me through Twitter, Discord or Email for any questions or requests regarding your commission! This include but are not limited to simple backgrounds, details and special requests (expressions, items, poses, clothing, lighting, etc.)! The more details the better!
✦ Once I finish a previous commission, I will contact you about beginning your commission.
✦ After the sketch is finished, I will directly contact you to confirm if it is okay for me to continue. I will do at most 3 rounds of revisions for the Sketch process.
✦ PLEASE — Give me the green light before continuing onto the next stage of the commission (Sketch -> Coloring). Once I finish a stage, I will not go back to a previous one. In other words, I won't make changes in poses or expressions if I'm already coloring.
✦ If you don't like something about the drawing, please don't be scared to let me know during revisions!
✦ Expected delivery time can be between 2 weeks and 3 months depending on the amount of commissions and requests, although I will try my best to finish it as soon as possible. Please understand that art takes time.
✦ I will immediately let you know of any unexpected events that may slow down your commission.
✦ Once the commission is finished, you will be sent a full resolution image with and without watermarks!
✦ You are free to post your non-watermarked commission on social media as long as you give me proper credit for the piece and under your own discretion.
✦ I will not make any revisions and edits once the commission is finished.tl;dr: There's no tl;dr, read it all!
